Delete my account

Your account is in demonstration mode:
Please send us a request from your account (envelope icon in the top right corner), and we will proceed with the permanent deletion of your account.
Once deleted, the name of your account will no longer be available should you wish to open a new one in the future.


Your account is in production mode:
Immediate deletion of your account is not possible due to tax and accounting regulations.
We are legally required to retain your point-of-sale data for a mandatory retention period.
After this period, and provided no activity has been recorded on your account, we will be able to proceed with its permanent deletion.

If you have any active subscriptions, please note that they are non-refundable. Once they expire, your account will be in the free version.
After 12 months of inactivity, with no login, the account will be put into standby mode.
Reactivation fees may apply if you wish to access your account after this period.

Before discontinuing the use of your account, we strongly recommend that you download your fiscal archives by following this guide: Compliance and Archives
These archives are essential in the event of an audit by the tax authorities for the period during which you used our solution.
