Configure A4 label sheets
To print your labels, we recommend using a professional label printer compatible with ZPL or TSPL.
It allows direct printing from your account: labels are printed automatically with a single click.

If you do not have a professional label printer, you can also print your labels on:
– pre-cut A4 label sheets;
– a desktop printer such as Dymo or Brother.
In both cases, labels are first added to a print queue, allowing you to trigger the printing process from your account.
#How do I configure A4 label sheets?
Go to 'Settings/Printing/A4 Labels' to configure the sheet template that will be generated as a PDF.
Enter the dimensions of your sheet in millimeters:
– Left and top margins: distance between the edge of the sheet and the first label.
– Label width and height: dimensions of each label.
– Horizontal and vertical spacing: space (or “gutter”) between two labels.
– Number of columns and rows: number of labels on the sheet.
Then add the different elements that should appear on each label.
For each element, specify:
– its X and Y coordinates, in millimeters, to define its position from the top-left corner of the label;
– the font;
– the font size.
#How do I add labels to the print queue?
You can add labels to the print queue from several locations.
From a product form
On each product form, click Print label.
To print multiple labels for the same product reference, go to the Variants and barcodes section of the product page and add the desired number of labels.
From a stock order
You can also add all the labels for the products in a stock order at once.
To do this, go to the Misc section at the bottom of the stock order page.
#How do I print A4 labels?
To access the print queue, click the ⓘ icon in the top-right corner of your account, then select Print.
In the A4 Sheet section, enter the number of labels to burn, i.e. the number of positions already used on the label sheet.
Then click Print. A PDF document is generated using the format corresponding to your label sheet.
Print this PDF using your A4 printer.
Important: always print the document at 100% / actual size, without any automatic scaling or adjustment by the printer.
#How do I print using a Dymo or Brother desktop printer?
If you are using a Dymo or Brother desktop printer, there is no need to configure an A4 print sheet.
Start by adding the desired labels to the print queue.
At the bottom of the print queue, download the product export for printing.
- For a Dymo printer, import the file into Dymo Connect.
- For a Brother printer, import it into P-touch Editor.
Then follow the instructions provided by the relevant software to complete the label printing process.
