You can add a new user in 'Settings/Users/Users'.
To add an new user, complete the first name, last name, email (login) and password.
You can assign to the new user access rights of an existing user of your account.
The user’s email address must be single on your account.
If your user has forgotten his password, he can ask for a new one on the login page of your account. The new password will be sent to your user’s email address.
When your user is login into your account, he can modify his password in 'Settings/General settings/Change your password'.

You can manage your user’s permissions to the different features of your account in 'Settings/Users/Access management'.
When you assign rights to a new user, we recommend to assign him the same access of an existing user and then to review some of the permissions granted.
You should not enable all rights because many are negative or limiting.
In this knowledge base, we inform you which rights must be enabled for the different features.
In a multi-store account, you can set up the access of your different users to your outlets in 'Settings/Users/Multi-store – Access management'.
By default, a user can access all your stores.
You can disable this whole access and assign your user only the stores where he can work in.
We highly recommend to limit your user’s assigned outlets to prevent your user from recording sales on the wrong store.
On the login page of your account, the first store by alphabetical order is preselected. To preselect the store where you try to login, you must enter your store’s IP address in 'Settings/General settings/Printers & receipts'.
You can consult all login attempts to your account in 'Settings/Users/User login history'.
In this section, you can also unblock a user who failed to login your account and was blocked on his IP address. Click on the red cross icon in front of each failed attempt.
To connect your account, your user must enter a login (email) and a password.
A new sale is always assigned to the logged-in user.
The speed up the login process, 2 options:
On your login page, your users can click on a simple login button to connect your account, only when they try to login from your store.
First, enter your store’s IP address in 'Settings/General settings/Printers & receipts'.
Then go to 'Settings/Users/Users', and activate the FI switch button (fast identification) for the users you want to display a login button on your login page.
On your login page, a preselected field (barcode image) enables your users to enter a code to connect your account. You can enter the code manually (+ Enter key), or by scanning a barcode or reading a RFID card.
In 'Settings/General settings/Printers & receipts':
In 'Settings/Users/Users', click on the wrench icon to add a *code to your different users.
Your users can now login your account with a single code when they try to login from your store.
In 'Settings/Users/Users', you can add for each user a session timeout (DE) to logout automatically your user after a period of inactivity. Thus, you can force your users to login/logout for each new sale.
The period is in seconds. If you leave the field blank (or 0), the user is logout automatically after a period of 30 min of inactivity.
By default, a sale is assigned to the logged-in user.
You need to logout the active user and login with your credentials to be assigned the coming sales. More information to speed up the login process.
