In Settings/Users/Access management, enable the right 'Display the button receipt w/o price'.

A new button 'Receipt w/o price' appears on the Payment screen of your sales, to print a ticket without price.
In case of return or exchange, this receipt without price gives you all the information to locate the initial sale.
