If you are unable to log in to your account :
1/ Your login and/or password may be incorrect.
Make sure you are using the correct email address to log in to your account.
Check that there are no extra spaces or incorrect characters in your password.
After 5 failed login attempts, access to your account will be blocked from your IP address for 5 minutes. You will then be able to try logging in again.
If the issue is related to your password, you can request a password reset on the login page. You will receive a new password on your email.
If your account administrator can log in the account, he can also change your password in the 'Settings/Users/Users' section.
2/ Or your user is inactive or has reached its expiry date.
Ask the administrator to access your user profile in 'Settings/Users/Users' and check that your account is active with an expiration date later than today's date.
The primary user (administrator) is not affected by this case.
