This article explains how to export your Hiboutik product database to Wix.
To sync your inventory, please consult this guide.

Step 1:
In 'Products/Export-import/Export data: Products', export files of your product database are available.
For the Wix line, click on the 'Generate' icon and download the file.
This file is preformatted to be seamlessly imported into Wix.

Step 2:
From Wix, go to the 'Products' section and click on the 'Import' icon at the top of the page.
Import the downloaded CSV file at step 1 and follow import instructions.
The file data to map in the import wizard are:

Name	Notes
handleId	SKU/barcode of the parent product.
fieldType	Set the product type to simple or with variations.
name	Product name.
description	Product description.
productImageUrl	Link to the first web image of the product form.
collection	Category the product belongs to.
sku	Key data for the sync. It is the product barcode.
ribbon	Not used.
price	Product selling price.
surcharge	Price difference of the variation with the parent product selling price.
visible	TRUE if 'Online' status enabled, otherwise FALSE.
discountMode	Not used.
discountValue	Not used.
inventory	Quantity if you track the product into inventory.
weight	Not used.
productOptionName1	Name of the variant type.
productOptionType1	Variant type status.
productOptionDescription1	List of variants for the parent product or the variant name.
brand	Product brand.

You can filter results in the export file generated on Hiboutik (ex: to only export last new products):
– go to the 'Products' section,
– click on the 'Advanced search' button at the top of the page,
– select your filter options and tick the 'Save results' box,
– and launch the search.
Files generated in 'Products/Export-import/Export data: Products' will only include products sorted out in the search.
