Brevo is an an online marketing platform to manage your emailing campaigns.
This app enables to send automatically your customer emails to your Brevo lists.
In the 'Apps' section of your account, install the 'Brevo (Sendinblue)' application (Premium option required).
In the settings of the application, enter:
– Your Brevo API key (available in the settings of your account),
– the GDPR customer tag in Hiboutik (more information) that needs to be assigned to your customer to send your customer email to a Brevo list (opt-in),
– the Brevo attributes that match your customer first name and last name.
Return to the app main page and add a rule.
First select the criterion that will trigger the communication with Brevo.
The criterion is either if your customer belongs to a group of customers (customer tags), or the purchase of a product belonging to a group of products (product tags), or the purchase is done in a specific store.
Then select the Brevo list you want to add the customer email to.
When a sale is closed, if the customer meets at least one of the criteria setup in the application, he will be added to the linked lists on Brevo.
