Your point-of-sale solution complies with the requirements of data integrity, security, retention, and archiving.
Sales, payment, and closure data that has been validated cannot be modified, is digitally signed, and is stored for the legally mandated duration required by your country’s legislation.
A tax data control interface is available in each account at the following address:
https://accountname.hiboutik.com/fiscal
where accountname corresponds to the name of your account.
This interface provides a summary of all sales, payment, and closure data from your account in an open (JSON) and secure (digitally signed) format.
It is accessible to all account users who have permission to view accounting data.
All operations related to the processing of a sale (addition/modification/deletion) or the printing of supporting documents are logged.
These logs allow you to monitor how the software is being used, regardless of the outcome of the sales operation (cancellation, validation).
Operation logs are available in each End of Day report (Logs section) and within each sale (Logs button).
Logs can also be viewed in the tax data control interface.
In the tax data control interface, the Archives section allows you to generate monthly archives of your account.
An archive can only be generated for a closed period.
It is recommended to generate archives at the end of each monthly closing.
You are legally required to store these tax archives on a secure external physical medium for the full duration of the legal retention period.
The archives will remain stored within the software. However, if your account is deactivated due to inactivity, reactivation fees may apply to regain access to the stored archives.
